Wishing you a hootiful day!

Hi friends!  Jane here sharing my second post as guest designer using the hootiful stamp and coordinating die sets by Heffy Doodle.

To start, I ink blended a background panel on Bristol smooth cardstock using a cloud stencil and the following distress oxide inks (top to bottom): peacock feathers, peeled paint, evergreen bough, mowed lawn and twisted citron.  I kept the bottom 1/4 of the panel white for the sentiment.  Using a paint brush, I splattered some water to the background to create texture.  Next, the panel was cut using a stitched die with the center panel mounted onto foam tape to create dimension.

Images from the Hootiful stamp set were stamped using copic friendly black ink and colored using the following copics: E47, E44, E42, E41, E40, E0000 (owls), YG13, G05, YG01 (leaves).  The images were then cut using the coordinating dies and adhered to the card front using liquid glue and foam squares.  The sentiment from the hootiful stamp set was stamped using black ink.  Lastly, the panel was mounted to an A2 white card base and that completes the card!

Thanks so much for stopping by today!  I’ve had a blast designing with these amazing products from Heffy Doodle!  Happy crafting!

Much love,

Jane
