CLEARANCE SHIPPING
UPDATED 25 JUNE – as a lot of heavy and bulky items are now sold out, we have reduced our shipping fees for our last week of trading. Please see below.
Due to the heavy reductions in products due to clearance, we can no longer offer flat rate shipping. Shipping is calculated based on the value of the order and the location of the customer.
Order Value £0.00 – £99.99 – UK Shipping £5.99 ~ Rest of World £12.99
Order Value £100.00 – £199.99 – UK Shipping £6.99 ~ Rest of World £14.99
Order Value £200 + – UK Shipping £7.99 ~ Rest of World £16.99
Please note – if your order is over a particular weight, shipping restrictions may apply. In such cases, we will contact you to discuss options. Additional fees may apply. For this reason, bulk purchasing of cardstock is ONLY for UK customers.
Please may we kindly remind customers that the shipping fee charged covers more than just the price of sending the box of goodies in the mail. This fee also covers handling, collection fees, supplies, and more. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
All orders are shipped from the UK and may be subject to additional customs fees or taxes. Please check your local customs office for more information.
Please note, due to clearance sales, processing times may be longer than usual. We aim to ship orders within 5-7 working days of the order date.
Track Your Parcel
Most items are shipped via Royal Mail. You can track your order with the Royal Mail Tracking website – https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item
Delivery Estimates – normal non-Covid circumstances.
All UK orders are sent out via Royal Mail and should arrive within 2 – 4 days. International orders will typically take 5 – 21 days depending on the location, but in some instances, it can take longer due to postal strikes and bank holidays.
Quarantine Measures
Following the pandemic, some countries are still operating in line with additional safety measures to minimize infection risks. This could mean that your parcel is ‘quarantined’ at multiple steps along its voyage, which may cause delays to your package. Some countries are also still experiencing a backlog through customs. Please be patient with your order, and use the tracking details to check its location.
EU Customs & VAT Charges
As from 1st July 2021, there have been changes to the rules surrounding post coming into Europe from the UK. This means that you may now be charged additional fees when your package arrives. Sadly we cannot advise what these charges will be as they vary from country to country.
Lost Parcel
If for any reason you believe that your package has been lost, please firstly, ensure that the correct address has been used when you placed your order. PayPal users are urged to be especially cautious, ensuring that the PayPal address is up to date and complete. Before reporting a package lost, please allow 28 working days for all UK orders and 30 working days for International orders.
