Well Hello Deer Mix and Match

Hello friends! It’s Amanda Fitterer here with you this lovely Monday! I’m so excited to be here on the blog and sharing this beautiful mix and match card with you! If you missed my last post, you can find it here.

To make this card, you’ll want to grab your:
* Nuts About You Stamp Set
* Nuts About You Coordinating Die Set
* Deer to Me Stamp Set
* Deer to Me Coordinating Die Set
* Ovally Excited Dies
* Stitched Hearts Background Die
* Enchanted Moss Sparkle Mix
* Heffy Doodle Mini Die Cutting Machine
* Glubert Glue
* Medium/Large Die Cutting Machine (I use the gorgeous Petal Pink Gemini Jr. and I LOVE IT!)

So let’s get to MAKING!

First, grab your A2 card base in white. Next, cut the Stitched Hearts Background Die with a patterned paper. Then, cut 2 Ovally Excited Dies in white. On the smaller oval, create your own simple background with alcohol markers. I used a flicking motion with many different greens for grass. Then, I used a very light blue for the sky.

Now, let’s stamp our images from the Nuts About You Stamp Set and Deer to Me Stamp Sets. Color them in with Copic markers or whatever your preferred medium is!

Next, run your images through your Heffy Doodle Mini Die Cutting Machine with the coordinating dies.

Finally, it’s time to assemble the card! I use Glubert Glue to adhere my card front to the pre-scored card base. I’ve also used the glue to adhere the bigger oval to my card front. For the smaller oval, I used 3D foam tape  and for the stamped images, I’ve used my favorite 3D foam squares.

The last step is to add 3 sequins from the Enchanted Moss Sparkle Mix.
