Thank You So Fairy Much-Guest Designer Mayra

Hello everyone!! It’s Mayra (MayrasDesigns) guest designing for the Heffy Doodle Blog today. I am so happy and excited!! I am honored to be able to create with the super cute Heffy Doodle products.

For my card today I used the pretty fairies from the Absotoothly Awesome Stamp set. From the moment I saw them I knew it would be the set I would be using. I colored these cute images using Copic markers. I used BG23, BG11, BG10 for the wings. For the outfits, I used R22, R21, R30, and R00.

I created a heart-shaped shaker area for the sentiment. I used the heart from the Stitched hearts Dies set and the “fairy” is from the Fairy Heffy Cuts die. The thank you, and much words were heat embossed onto the heat resistant acetate. For the base of the shaker, I used Bristol Smooth Cardstock. I used distress oxide ink in Peacock feathers to add color to the background of the shaker area. I then used a cloudy stencil with white pigment ink to add the clouds to the distress inked layer. I then added the little shaker elements in colors that coordinated with the Copic colored images. I used foam tape to adhere the die-cut panel onto the base of the card.

Once the shaker part was done I added the fairies to the card and their accessories to finish it. I also created a mini shaker pocket to go along with the card using the super cute Heart Gift Card Pocket Die.  I hope you enjoy and feel inspired by the card/mini pocket set that I created to share with you today.
