We offer flat rate shipping for all orders up to the value of £100 and FREE SHIPPING for all orders above £100.

All UK orders are sent out via Royal Mail and will arrive within 2 – 4 days.
International orders will typically take 5 – 21 days depending on the location, but in some instances, it can take longer due to postal strikes and bank holidays.
Following the pandemic, some countries are still operating in line with additional safety measures to minimize infection risks. This could mean that your parcel is ‘quarantined’ at multiple steps along its voyage, which may cause delays to your package. Some countries are also still experiencing a backlog through customs. Please be patient with your order, and use the tracking details to check its location.
EU Customs & VAT Charges
As from 1st July 2021, there have been changes to the rules surrounding post coming into Europe from the UK. This means that you may now be charged additional fees when your package arrives. Sadly we cannot advise what these charges will be as they vary from country to country.
If for any reason you believe that your package has been lost, please firstly, ensure that the correct address has been used when you placed your order. PayPal users are urged to be especially cautious, ensuring that the PayPal address is up to date and complete.
Before reporting a package lost, please allow 28 working days for all UK orders and 30 working days for International orders.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at in**@he*********.com to arrange this.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Your replacement item will only be shipped once we have received the original item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item to us which is worth over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
