Sending You Big Bug Hugs
Hello crafty friends!
It’s Lidya here and I’m so happy to share another card with you in my Let’s Mix It Up series. Today I’m sharing a super fun card featuring these cuties from the Big Bug Hugs stamp set. Now, let’s get started!
First, I stamped the images from the Big Bug Hugs, Fluffy Puffy Unicorn and Hootiful stamp set using Memento Tuxedo Black Ink Pad. I colored them using Copic markers and fussy cut them out (coordinating dies available here). Next, I took a white card stock and cut it using the largest rectangular die from Showtime Frame Dies. I used cloud stencil and inked Distress Oxide Wilted Violet and Shaded Lilac.
To help me build the scene, I cut a white card stock using the Cathedral Window Dies. I then cut another white card stock using the Freshly Cut Grass Dies and ink blended Distress Oxide Pine Needles, Mowed Lawn and Twisted Citron.
I heat embossed the sentiment from Big Bug Hugs on a black card stock using white embossing powder. I also die-cut the word HUGS using the Moxie Alphabet Dies. Finally, I adhered all the images and the sentiment using Glubert craft glue and popped a few up using the deep foam tape.
