Mix and Match – You Are My Happy Place

Hello, Heffy Doodlers!  Happy Friday to you!  I hope you’re on your way to an awesome weekend!

Today, I’m sharing a new Mix and Match project!  This card uses tons of Heffy Doodle products!

To create this card, I’m starting with a piece of white cardstock and blending Worn Lipstick and Shaded Lilac Distress Oxides.  I am spritzing it with water and then using a paper towel to lift up the color.

Next, I’m going to use the Stargazer Backdrop Die to create my foreground.

To create my background, I am using Mustard Seed Distress Oxide and blending it quickly onto my card base.

While I have this yellow brush out, I’m blending some of my cut-out stars to use in the end for extra embellishment.

To create my rainbow, I’m blending Worn Lipstick and Mustard Seed Distress Oxides onto a scrap piece of white cardstock.  Then, I’m using the Starry Rainbow Die to cut the rainbow.

With some extra scrap paper, I’m going to cut out a few Swirly Clouds.

I am stamping images from Fluffy Puffy Unicorns, Big Beary Heart, Quill You Be Mine,  and A Little Shellfish stamp sets.

The next step is to color with Copic markers!

I’m using the Close at Heart Sentiment Stamps for my sentiment.  I’m using my Heffy Doodle Mini Die Cutting Machine to cut out all of my stamped images and my sentiment.  For the sentiment, I am using the Strips of Ease Dies to cut it straight.

After using 3D squares and strips to adhere everything to the card base, I’m using liquid glue to adhere a few embellishments!
