Mix and Match with Amanda – Pandtastic Birthday

Hey friends!  Thanks for stopping by the Heffy Doodle blog today!!  I hope you’re all having a fab day!

Today, I’m super excited to share this bright and happy birthday card!  As always, I start with my background!  For this card today, I’m blending Flirty Fuchsia, Be Mine, Party Dress, Tiki Torch, and Limoncello.  Once I get that beautifully blended, I’m going to run it through my die cutting machine with the Stargazer Backdrop Die.

I’m going to create a border for my little panda by cutting a Scalloped Imperial Frame.  Plus, I’m going to blend Melon Ice, Limoncello, and Garden Party inks onto a scrap piece of white cardstock.  Then, I’ll run my Amazonian Leaves and Forest Leaves through my die cutting machine and glue my leaves to the frame.

Now, I’m going to stamp my sentiment and die cut it out using the Roundabout Sentiments Stamp and the coordinating Curved Banner Die.

Now, I’m finally ready to stamp my images!  I’m grabbing my Elephant of Surprise, Pantastic Painters, and Popping By stamp sets.  After I’ve stamped these guys, I’m coloring them with my Copic markers.

Finally, I’m ready to assemble my card!  I’m using Deep Foam Tape to adhere my frame and my stamped images.  I’m using my Glubert glue to attach my stars to the background.

And, that’s it for me today!  I hope this card makes you smile!  I love sharing my Mix and Match cards with you and I can’t wait to come back here in 2 weeks to share another one!

Thanks for hanging out with me today!  See ya soon, Amanda
