Merry Elfish Antics

Hello Heffy Doodlers! It’s Jessica here sharing a very merry card featuring Elfish Antics  and Elfing Christmas Words.

I started by creating the card base and chose a festive pattern from Lawn Fawn’s Knit Picky petite paper pack and die cut it to 4.25 x 5.5. For a little interest, I die cut a Stitched Ornament in the center of the card and added gold details to frame the images.

To create the main focus of the card, I stamped images from Elfish Antics with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and broke out my Spectrum Noir Markers. I picked 3 tones for each color group for an easy blend:

Elfs outfits: DR1, DR3, DR5, DG2, DG4, DG5

Skin Tone: FS2, FS3, FS6, PP5 (cheeks)

Greys: IG1, IG3, IG5

Once all the coloring was finished, I die cut each image using the coordinating Elfish Antics dies and added 3D foam squares for dimension.

For the sentiments, I mixed and matched greetings from Elfing Christmas Words using Versamark Ink and white embossing powder on black card stock. I trimmed down each strip and placed them on the card front adding a few signature sequins to finish off the card.

I can’t wait to see everyone’s festive cards! Thank you so much for stopping by!!!

Jessica
