Meditating Frogs (Yoga, anyone?)

Hello! It’s Kari with a new video to share with some Meditating Frogs. I’m using the new Be Hoppy stamp set for this card. This stamp set has a variety of frogs to choose from, and today I chose the frogs that look like they are sitting cross-legged (maybe meditating?)

One of the techniques I have on this card is Repeating Patterns. This can really bring a card together! Here I have polka dots stenciled in the background, and polka dots on the body and belly of the frogs.

The Build A Pond Die set is a fabulous set…I have used the large pond die with the pond frame, and the die cut lily pads for the little frogs to sit on. They must have great balance to be able to meditate on a lily pad without falling into the water. LOL.

For the pond itself, I used the Ripple Waves Stencil, which makes it so easy to create a water scene without too much effort! I started with a light blue ink, then added a darker blue ink around the edges.

How happy do those frogs look?! I just love their expressions.
