love you veggie much!

I have a couple of fun cards to share with you today. I used ‘Veggie patch‘ stamp set and ‘Basket case‘ stencil on both my cards.

Here is the first one…

I started by cutting out masks for the veggie images. I stamped them beside one another in a line by masking each one before stamping the image next to it.

I colored them using copic markers and partially fussy cut the top portion of the coloured images.

As for the backdrop to my images, I sponged Distress Inks through the ‘Basket case‘ stencil. I added the sentiment at the botton.

The next card is pretty CAS.

I wanted the cute pumpkin from the ‘Veggie patch‘ stamp set to be the star of my card. So, I kept everything super simple. I took time to colour the pumpkin as it would be the focal image.

For the background, I used the same ‘Basket case‘ stencil but sponged ink very lightly. Adhered the image and stampex the sentiment. I also layered a pretty patterned paper to add a little more colour.
