Llamazing Christmas – Mix and Match with Amanda

Hey friends!  The countdown to Christmas is ON!!  What better way to celebrate than with a scarf-wearing llama carrying some gifts through three dimensional snow?!  Scroll down to see how I put this card together!

The first step to creating this card is to ink blend the background!  For the Marvellous Mountains, I am using Catherine Pooler’s Deck the Halls and Garden Party.  For the sky, I am blending Do-Si-Do and Limoncello.

Next up, I’m using the First Snow Stencil with some Maker Forte Marshmallow Paste.  This paste goes on glossy and puffs up when heat is applied to it.  After fluffing up my paste, I’m ready to add some sparkle!  I’m grabbing my Wow! Halo Embossing Powder and some clear glue ink on my Slopey Joe Border hill.

Now, I’m ready to start inking up my stamps!  Using my background as a guide to choose Copic markers, I’m coloring in my Santa’s Village and Llamazing Llamas images.  Next, I’ll cut them out with the coordinating dies.

I’m ready to add some sentiments!  I’m using my FAVORITE sentiment stamps of all time: Whatcha Sayin’ Now and Whatcha Sayin’ stamps.  Once I’ve got everything die cut and ready to go, I’m ready to assemble my card.  I am using my Glubert Glue and foam squares to attach my images to my card front.

Here are a few more photos of the finished card!

Thank you so much for stopping by the Heffy Doodle blog today!  I hope you enjoyed this Llamazing Christmas card!  Have a very Merry Christmas!
