Let’s party!
Hey there Heffy friends, DT Ashlee here with a new post for you that of course feature’s one of my favourite things to add to my card’s BLING!
This one is pink, shiny and features flamingos that are ready to party so let’s get to it….
Heffy Doodle products I used for this card are :
To create this card I started with a light pink card stock that I added partial pink ink blending to. I then used the carvival backdrop die and die cut that from the pink card.
Time to BRING ON THE BLING….
Using a piece of white card I added double sided adhesive to it and then covered the panel with Flamingo sparkles from WOW! embossing. This was used to back the carnival backdrop piece that I previously die cut so then the open stars were showing bling through them. So sparkly and pretty!!
That completed the card base so now it was time to add some elements. I wanted a focal sentiment for this card so I used the Let’s party jumbo die. The base shadow was die cut from orange card stock and then the lettering was die cut from light pink card stock that I added partial pink ink blending to. Using liquid glue I adhered the two pieces together before adhering to the card base using foam tape to pop it up and start adding dimension….
I stamped, coloured and die cut a bunch of images from the Flock stars set and added them to the party before completing the card with a touch more bling…. SEQUINS!
