Hoppy Easter!

Hey there, Heffy Doodlers!

Hope you are having a terrific day today!

Thanks for stopping by the blog today to swoon over this ADORABLE stamp set. I mean, whatever about the card, am I right?! This stamp set is just too cute for words.

If this card is looking familiar to you, that’s because it was my card for the Heffy Doodle Instahop that we had a few days ago. If you missed it, check out the starting post here and hop along!

I started out by stamping my images from the Honey Bunny Boo stamp set on to white cardstock. I then colored them with my copics and white colored pencil before using the coordinating die set to cut out the images. Then, I set the images aside so I could work on the layout of the panel.

I used the pierced oval die from the Avery Elle Sweet Scallop die set to cut an oval piece. I used my Distress Oxide inks (Broken China, Peeled Paint, and Twisted Citron) and mini ink blending tool to get the blended look of the sky and grass. I glued all my bunny and egg images on to the oval and set that piece aside.

I looked through my scrap paper pile and pulled out a piece of this colorful plaid paper from Lawn Fawn along with a piece of gold sparkle paper. I cut a wide strip of the plaid paper and a skinny strip of the gold sparkle paper and glued them both on to my card base.

I then glued my oval scene piece on top of my base before stamping and heat embossing the “Hoppy Easter” sentiment at the bottom.

And there we have it! That wraps up the card for today. Again, thank you so much for hopping on over to the blog today and be sure to check out the rest of this fantastic release if you haven’t already done so. Mark your calendars for a fun blog hop coming on Saturday, February 10! You’ll get to see a lot more of these products in action!

Hugs,

Kelly

This is adorable. Like that you used up so “scrap paper”. I have been cleaning up/out lately and found that I have to much scrap paper. Thanks for sharing.
