Amanda Fitterer is sharing her happy and bright card using products from the new release right here!
To create this card, Amanda used the new Sweet Scalloped Slimline Dies to create a slimline frame and panel. She used the Broad Strokes Stencil and Black Soot Distress Ink on both the frame and panel.
To create the interactive element of the card, she used the Slimline Slider Pop Up Dies . Using a variety of bright Distress Oxides and the Messy Desk Stencil, she create paint splatters all over the card front.
The next step is to start stamping! These Pandtastic Painters are brand new and ready to get crafty! Amanda stamped multiple images from the set on a piece of white card stock, to color and cut. She also stamped a panda and sentiment directly onto the card base. This image won’t be visible until the card “pops-up”. She also created a sentiment using the new Wavy Banner Sentiments Stamp Set. She used her Copic markers to color all of the images and then die cut them with the coordinating dies.
Now it’s time to get assembling! Amanda used 3D foam strips around the entire card front. She attached the Broad Strokes panel to the card front with strong double sided tape. Grabbing some dies from the Slimline Pull Tab Dies (from the last release), she created a pull tab.
Once the card base is all assembled, Amanda added all of the stamped images onto the card front. She also added her black pull tab to the panel. And finally, she glued the Broad Strokes frame to the card front, trimming off the piece where the pull tab is.
The last step is to create a coordinating envelope using the NEW Slimline Envelope #10 Die. This die allows you to create multiple styles of envelopes, both portrait and landscape. Amanda created a portrait style envelope using the some Heffy Doodle Colored Cardstock.
These little Pandtastic Painters are ready to be mailed!
Now, let’s keep the inspiration coming!!
Keep hopping along with these amazing designers! Don’t forget to comment on each stop along the way to be entered to win a £50 voucher to the Heffy Doodle Store!
