Hi Heffydoodlers! It’s Ali here – thanks for stopping by the blog! I have a bright card today with my all time favorite color combo and one of my first ever Heffy Doodle sets – Unbearable Without You. Love those little bears and there’s some fabulous word stamps in this set that can be combined for some adorable and unique sentiments. The Sending and Crafty Heffy cut words are some of my most used and there’s some stitched detail with the Stitched Metric Rectangles and Stitched Hearts Dies. For this card I’ve created my own background paper with the small images from the set.
I stamped these randomly over a piece of white card, colored them with copics and die cut with the Metric Stitched Rectangle die. I adhered this to a white cardbase. I stamped and colored the images for the front of the card and coloured with copics, die cutting with the corresponding dies. I die Cut a heart from Vellum paper and the words from aqua and pink cardstock.
I adhered the pink words behind the aqua words with a slight offset – this give the words some dimension and colour coordinates with the other colors in the card. I stamped the Hugs word in versamark ink and white embossed it on black card. I adhered all pieces as shown, using a white gel pen to add some detail.
Thanks for stopping by and hope you are having a crafty weekend!
