Big Bold Words Card Duo

Good morning! I’m super excited this morning to be sharing a card I made with several of the newest Heffy Doodle releases – paired up with a few older sets as well! I love the huge bright sentiments in Big Bold Words stamp set – they are the perfect size to shine on a card all on their own – and add a few fun additional images to really up it a notch!

I started off by stamping the sentiments from Big Bold Words stamp set on some panels die cut from white cardstock (this is sadly a retired die from another company – but any rectangle die would work – or just trim the cardstock down). I stamped one sentiment in green, and one in orange, and added some dot details with a white gel pen to make them a little more festive.

For this first card – I added an additional sentiment from Party Palooza stamp set (another new release) – as well as the little face on the “D”. I stamped a tiny cake and the balloons from Elephant of Surprise (previously released).

For this second card, I added a sentiment and several hearts from Geology Rocks Stamp Set (another previous release).

To finish, I added a layer of foam in between before mounting at a jaunty angle on some fun Lawn Fawn rainbow plaid pattern paper.
