Wrapped with love

Hey there Heffy Friends, It’s DT Ashlee here with some new inspiration for you. Today’s card features cute critter’s, presents, a fun shaker and of course lots of bling!

I started to make my card by using a light grey card stock and die cutting the largest panel from the Showtime frame die set. I then backed it with a piece of pink card stock so that the pink showed through the hole details around the edge before adhering the panel to a white card base.

Now that the base of the card was ready I went on to die cutting and piecing together the presents. These were die cut using the Present shaker die. One I made as a shaker and the other just plain. So you betcha it was time to BRING ON THE BLING…..

I filled the present shaker with a whole bunch of the beautiful Heffy Doodle Tickled pink sequins. This would have to be one of my most favourite Heffy sequin mixes, it’s so pretty and bright pink YAS please!!

I adhered the presents in place using different levels of foam tape to create varying dimension to the card. Using images from the Wrapped with love stamp set I stamped, coloured and die cut them before adding to my present party. These were all coloured using Spectrum noir tri-blend markers….

To complete the card a sentiment and a touch more sequins. These sequins were adhered in place using glue dots they are perfect for adhering sequins and keeping them in place!
