Wishing You a Speedy Recovery
Hey Heffy Doodlers! It’s Amanda Fitterer with you on the blog today sharing a BREAK from the Holiday cards! Lol. I’ve got a Get Well Card today to show you!
To create this card, I started by masking off the bottom portion of my card with Heffy Doodle Memo Tape. Then, I ink blended the top of the card using Catherine Pooler’s Apricot and Clay Mask inks. I also spritzed a little bit of water onto the background to create a splotchy effect.
While I let that dry a bit more, I’m going to stamp my images from the Bed Heads stamp set. I’ve also stamped the “Ouch!” inside a Whatcha Sayin’ quote bubble. I colored my images with Copic markers and then die cut them out using the coordinating dies.
The next step is to assemble my card and stamp my sentiment along the bottom. I used 3D foam squares to prop my images up!
Here are some close-ups of the final card!
How was that little break from Holiday cards?! 🙂
Thanks for stopping by the blog today! Come back tomorrow for more inspo from the Design Team!
