Winter Wishes!

Hello, Heffy Doodlers!

Today’s card will activate your warm and fuzzy sequence to the max!

I stamped some images from the Wanna Build A Snowman set and colored them with copic markers. I used the matching dies to cut them out and then set off to work on the background.

I used the First Snow stencil and a blending tool to create the look of snow drifts. I used a VERY light hand, and Tumbled Glass distress ink. I then masked off the bottom hill portion and used some Pumice Stone Distress Ink and a light hand to create the horizon.

I glued my images down on to the card panel and then stamped a sentiment to finish things off! I love the simplicity of this card and even though it’s not technically one-layer, it’s pretty close!

I also added some shading/coloring with copic markers for added dimension, both in the sky and also underneath where the penguins were playing!
