Udderly Fabulous Yappy Happy Mail!
Hello Heffy friends! I hope you’re doing well this Mix and Match Monday with Amanda! I’m here to share this Udderly Fabulous Yappy Happy Mail with you today! I love creating mix and match scenes and showcasing different ways to pair products! It’s so much fun, isn’t!?
So, for this card, I’m starting out by creating my Rolling Hills Landscape. When you cut this die, it comes out as one A2 sized piece, however, I’m cutting the edges to make it 4 separate pieces. This will help me to ink blend on each piece without having to mask anything off. For my sky, I’ve blended Catherine Pooler Glitz and Limoncello inks, using the Simply Radiant Stencil. For the hills, I’ve blended Melon ice and Lime Rickey. Lastly, for the blacktop, I’ve blended Twilight and Black Jack inks. I’ve spritzed each layer with water and added white paint flicks.
I’ve stamped my images from the Yappy Happy Mail and Udderly Fabulous stamp sets and colored them with Copic markers. Now, I am placing them to see where I like them in the scene.
For my sentiment, I’ve stamped my Wavy Banner Sentiment and colored it with Copic markers. Now, I’m die cutting it with the coordinating dies using my super cute Heffy Doodle Mini Die Cutting Machine. I’m also cutting my Fence Border Die out of white.
The last step is to adhere everything to my card base! I’ve used 3D foam squares, tape and Glubert Glue to attach everything.
Well, that’s it for me today friends!! I hope you’ve enjoyed this blog post today and you feel inspired to make something creative! Xx, Amanda
