Sweet Baby Card By Joy Baldwin
Hey crafty friends. Today I created a sweet baby card because, quite frankly I don’t ever have these in my stash. The images from the Two By Two Zoo Animals stamp set paired with the New Arrival Sentiments is perfect for such a card. Hope you enjoy! As I said, the images from the Two By Two Zoo Animals are perfect for a baby card, they are so very cute. I decided that I would color them with Zig Markers, I like that watercolor look.

I stamped them with watercolor friendly ink on watercolor paper. I used Mid Gray and Light Pink for the elephant and Black, Light Gray and Light Pink for the Zebra. I used the coordinating dies to cut them out.

I used the Freshly Cut Grass dies to cut two layers of grass, then I used the Mini Scallop Imperial Rectangle Dies to cut the grass and the back panel. I lightly ink blended the back panel with Marine Ink (SSS ink) to give a nice sky feeling.

I stamped three sentiments from the New Arrival Sentiment stamp with black ink of the green background. I popped it up with foam tape and added the smaller piece of grass behind it. I added the critters with foam tape and finished the card with red clay hearts.
Thanks for stopping, have a wonderful day!
