Sparkle and Shine card with Isha Gupta
Hello Heffy Doodlers! It’s Isha with you and today, I am sharing how to add glitter and sparkle using stencil. Normally, we always have trouble as glitter rubs off but this technique makes sure that the glitter will never rub off and we have pretty texture too 🙂
To start,I sponged distress inks in spun sugar, picked raspberry, peacock feathers and cracked pistachio lightly to a white panel. Now I put the Scribble on my Heart stencil and sponged some more ink to the panel. Apply some translucent embossing paste through the stencil, remove the stencil and clean it with water asap. Add some clear sparkle embossing powder to the panel and let this dry for an hour. Emboss the powder using a heat tool. this gives such a pretty glittery effect.
Die-cut a heart out of vellum using the Stitched Heart Die. Die-cut the word Sparkle & Shine using white cardstock. Apply versamark ink to it and add WOW! Black Magic embossing powder. Emboss using heat tool. The words really pop and look beautiful.
Adhere the words to the vellum and then adhere the vellum to the panel. Adhere the panel to a white cardbase. The photos don’t do justice as there is lot of glitter and glam on this card 🙂
We would love to see your creations using Heffy Doodle products so do tag us whenever you share them. Have a wonderful day!
