Perfect Combos – Lucky stars
Hello Everyone,
It is Zsofi here, welcome to another edition of my Perfect Combos series for Heffy Doodle, this time a little thank you note. I used a couple of stamps, dies and stencils to create this cutie, let me guide you through the process.

First I stamped and coloured the images from the Hootiful stamp set using my Copic markers. Then I die cut them all with their coordinating dies.

To set the night scene I die cut a Stitched Oval from Bristol Smooth cardstock and blended in Salty Ocean and Blueprint Sketch Distress Oxide inks. I added some water droplets for a bit of texture. Then I used the Constellation prize stencil with Gina K Designs White Glitz Glitter Gel to create a starry sky. I set it aside to dry.

I wanted some tone-on-tone background for my scene, so I die cut the Quilted heart background from white cardstock and adhered it to a white A2 sized notecard. Meanwhile the glitter gel got dry so I could white heat emboss a sentiment from the Hootiful set on the bottom of the oval.

I adhered the branches and then popped up the owls with 3D foam squares. I die cut a small stitched heart from white glitter cardstock using the Sun, Moon and stars die set and placed it in-between the wings of one of the owls, like he is giving it to the other one. So cute!

I wish you enjoyed my card today and share with us in our Facebook group if I inspired you. Follow me on Instagram if you like my cards, your support means so much to me! Thank you!
See you soon,
Zsofi
