Mixed Media Love card with Isha

Good Morning everyone! Isha here sharing a fun mixed media card using the Oceans of Love stamp set and the Oceans of Love dies. I also used the Love Heffy Cuts.

It’s still quite hot here so all I’ve been thinking about it the cool breeze near the sea 🙂

To start with I created the background panel. I created a watercolor wash using various distress inks and then applied embossing pastes using a couple of stencils. Let it dry and added more color to my liking.

Then I stamped the images using versafine onyx black ink and embossed them using clear embossing powder. I then colored them using Zig clean color real brush markers. Once dry, I used the dies to die-cut them.

I stamped the words “sending you”. I die-cut the word Love, sponged some ink to create an ombrè effect. I then applied clear glitter pen to it. I die-cut the word 2 more times using white cardstock and stacked them together.

Now, adhere the panel to the cardbase. Finally adhere all the images and the word Love.
