Hey Gull-Friend!

Hello everyone!

It’s Alberto here (@loshakeratoalberto) and I’m super happy to be back to the Heffy Doodle blog with a new blog post!

This time I played with an amazing stamp set called “You go, Gull!” and I decided to hand-draw a little background behind it!
So I stamped my two main images, the message in a bottle and the Gull.

With a pencil I drew a rectangle where I wanted my little scene. Then I also drew the horizon line, the little beach and the rainbow on the sky.

For the coloring I used my beloved Copic markers.

With a white gel pen I added some touches here and there…I always love to use white gel pen to add some details to my coloring and I challenge you to try this! You won’t regret it!

The sentiment is white embossed on black cardstock and this give the perfect contrast to the whole card!
