Hello 2022 with Isha Gupta
Hello Heffy Doodlers! It’s Isha here and today, I am sharing a fun and cute slimline card using a mix of new and old products. It’s so easy to create customized cards using the Rascal Alphabettters stamps and dies, so I created a New Year Card.
I started by die-cutting the white mat layer using the middle die from the Stitched Slimline Trios Dies. Sponge distress oxide inks to this panel, flick water for some texture. Mix some glitter to the translucent embossing paste and apply through the Constellation Prize Stencil. Let it dry and add some details using white gel pen.
Die-cut the clouds using the Silver Linings Cloud Border dies on the top and bottom of the mat layer. Adhere to the white card base using 3d foam. Adhere the middle part of the mat layer to the card.
Die-cut the big clouds using the Big Stitched Cloud Dies from vellum. Die-cut the word “HELLO” from the Hello Heffy Cuts using white card and gold card. Adhere the gold behind the white slightly offset to create a shadow. Adhere to the big cloud. Stamp the numbers 2022 from the Rascal Alphabetters stamps, die-cut using the coordinating dies. Adhere to the smaller cloud. Adhere the clouds to the card.
Stamp the balloon and the sentiment from the Popping By! stamp, die-cut using the coordinating dies. Color the balloons and adhere to the card. Tie a gold floss.
Stamp the panda from the Pandtastic Painters stamp, color and die-cut using the coordinating dies. Adhere the sentiment strip.
