Heffy Doodle & MISTI collaboration BLOG HOP!
Hi there! Thank you for joining us for the Heffy Doodle and the My Sweet Petunia collaboration, and we are celebrating release #3 of Heffy Doodle. For this we have both teams from Heffy Doodle and My Sweet Petunia joining together for this blog hop. YAY!

Now, on to the hop. Here is a fun project that Heffy herself (Lesley Oman) made for the Heffy Doodle blog for today’s blog hop, using the Heffy Doodle Eggcellent News stamps and dies, as well as the Stitched Strips of Ease dies.
For the background, Lesley stamped some Eggcellent News images all over some pink cardstock with a coordinating pink ink, and then used the A2 stitched rectangle die from the Heffy Doodle Clover Frames set to cut out a perfect panel for the front of her card. To adhere this to the cardblank, she used the MISTI to get it perfectly placed. First cover the card blank in adhesive, then nestle it into the corner of your MISTI (with the foam inlay removed). Then place the corner of the pink panel into the same corner, slowly lowering it until it has been perfectly positioned on top of your card.
Lesley then stamped and die cut the chickie from the Eggcellent News set and die cut a white strip of card using the Heffy Doodle Stitched Strips of Ease dies. For the Strips of ease, you can stamp first then position the die on top, but as these stitched dies are solid, Lesley uses her MISTI to line the greeting perfectly. Lay the stitched strip onto your MISTI, holding it in place with the magnets or some washi tape, then lay your greeting stamp on top. Close the lid, pick up the stamp, ink her up and bobs your uncle! Simply perfection, and isn’t it great that perfection can be this SIMPLE!
