Chibitronics & Heffy Doodle Collaboration IG Hop

Hello crafty friends,

For this card, I decided to use the Ghoulfriends Stamps and paired this with the Bed Heads stamp set – because this set includes a fun lamp which was perfect for my bedroom scene! I also used the Pinstripe Stencil to create a wall paper effect, and used the Stitched Bubble Background die for a fun texture.

I chose two colours from my Distress ink swatches that would coordinate with the Heffy Doodle Plum Pudding Purple cardstock – Peacock Feathers ink and Fossilized Amber – I love how they look together!

For the circuit itself, I built this onto a rectangular panel die cut with the Whimiscally Wonky rectangle dies – I find that cutting two panels (one for the circuit and one for your top layer) is the easiest way for me to assemble light up cards. Check out the video for more details!

For the button, I used the small picture frame stamp from Bed Heads, and added a ‘press here’ stamp from the Interactively Yours stamp set – it’s the perfect addition for interactive cards.

Lets have a look at how this looks when you turn off the craft room lights and press that button! So FUN!
