Bubbly Birthday

Hi Heffydoodlers! Ali here with a Birthday card – if you love your bubbles (bath or refreshment versions) then this card is for you! I’ve used one of my very first Heffy Doodle Sets (it’s still one of my favorites) Happy Snappy Crocs along with the bath from Lawn Fawn to create this happy scene! The lettering from Rascal Alphabetters allows you to customise a sentiment to make your own cute puns. The background was created using the Rays The Roof Stencil.

I used two of the crocs to create the image so the croc’s tail hangs from the end of the bath. The bow is the bow-tie image trimmed down. The Hope You Have A… sentiment was from the  Hello Squeakheart set (another of my favorites). The ‘bubbly’ and ‘birthday’ sentiments were created using two-tone disctress Oxide look with Worn Lipstick and Spun Sugar distress inks to give an ombre effect.

The bubbles were stamped on vellum with versamark Ink and embossed with white embossing powder. Such a happy card and I can think of a few friends that would totally love this!
