It’s Time to Party!

Hi everyone! It’s Cassie here, and I’m back to share a card with you all. It’s a crazy time at work right now, but we have some family birthdays coming up this week, so I’m glad I whipped up some birthday cards to have in my stash for these busy times. Today’s card was made using a couple sets from the new release that I just love.

I stamped out images from the Teachers Pet, and Party Palooza stamp sets and colored them in with my Copic Markers. Then I used the coordinating dies to cut them out. I just love that bear and I knew I was going to have to use him for more than just teacher cards!

On my card base I used a sun stencil to create the stripes with the help of Shaded Lilac Distress Oxide.  I love the soft purple with the BV shade Copics. All of the pieces were adhered to my card and the bear and balloon were popped up with some foam tape. I drew in a line for the balloon. Then, after everything was in place, I didn’t want to mess up my sentiment so I grabbed my Misti to stamp it. As always, I added some white gel pen accents and I was done!
