New Year Sparkle Shaker

Hello, it’s Kari here today with a New Year Sparkle Shaker card and video! I love a Shiny, Sparkly new year so I just had to make a shaker card with this beautiful Cherry Pie Sparkle Mix.

See how sparkly that Cherry Pie sparkle mix is?! So pretty!

I started by cutting the Birthday Number Dies out of my card panel, using the 2-0-4 first and leaving a space open for the second 2. (see the video for full instruction on this)

Then I stenciled on that Lots of Happy Stencil using a pink ink that matched the Cherry Pie Sparkle Mix.

I added the acetate with liquid adhesive to the back of the panel, then set that aside to dry while I colored up the dog images.

Heffy Doodle has a lot of cute dog images!! I used Yappy Happy Mail and Who Let the Dogs out (along with their coordinating dies) for my character images today. I colored them up with Copic Markers before using the coordinating dies and my favorite mini Die Cutting Machine to cut them all out.

Before adding the foam tape for the shaker card, I first stamped the “Let’s Paw-ty” on the card panel front using the Furry Friend Sentiment stamp set.

I put the shaker together, then added all my furry friend images! To finish it off I added a few gems and sequins from the Sparkle Mix to the front of the panel. I hope you will watch the video for all the details!
