Mix and Match with Amanda – Flock Star and Be Hoppy Combo

Hey friends! It’s Amanda Fitterer back with another really fun mix and match card! For this card, I’ve combined elements from the Flock Star Stamp Set and Be Hoppy stamp sets!

To create this card, I started by trimming a piece of white cardstock down to 4 1/8″ x 5 3/8″. Then, I cut an oval out using the Ovally Excited Dies. Next, I stamped elements from both of the Flock Star Stamp Set and Be Hoppy stamp sets directly onto my background. I also stamped images on a separate piece of white cardstock.

Next, I colored all of my images with Copic markers. See the images to see the critters and flowers come to life!

After cutting out all of my images with the coordinating dies, I can move on to assembling the card! I’m adding a bit of Catherine Pooler Buttercream ink to the oval cutout.

For my sentiment, I stamped them onto black cardstock with WOW! Embossing Glue and then applied white embossing powder. I used my heat tool to melt the powder and then trimmed them down. I used scissors to fussy cut the “flamazing” sentiment out.

I used 3D foam squares to prop up all my images and 3D foam tape to prop up my front panel.
