Fall Coffee Cup Card
Hello crafty friends, it’s Joy here. Fall is definitely upon us and pumpkin spice things and sweaters are all around. So I thought I would create a fun Fall Coffee Shaped Card for my project. I hope you enjoy! You can watch me create this card over on the Heffy Doodle YouTube Channel, and come back here to check out these gorgeous project photos below!
I started by die cutting all of my pieces for the card, I used the Coffee Cup Shaker die and die cut the cup from Apricot and White cardstock, then used Kraft Cardstock for the lid and cup wrap. I also used Gold Mirror cardstock on the lid. I die cut the Leafy Laurel Circle Dies from Cilantro, Noble Fir and White cardstock.
I ink blended on the Apricot cardstock with Cantaloupe, and the Cappuccino on the Kraft cardstock pieces.
I used Copic Markers on the Leafy Circles which I die cut twice, I used a darker green maker than the cardstock and added some shadow details. Then I ink blended the flowers from the Leafy Laurel Circle dies with Cantaloupe ink. I adhered the two circles together, added the lighter green leaves and then the flowers. I decided to add some glam with the Pumpkin Spice sequins, I added some to the centers of the flowers and then to the leaves.
I used the sentiment from the Perfect Blend stamp set and white embossing powder. I masked the sentiment to fit it into the area on the card (it was too long to fit). I adhere a folded piece of cardstock to the top inside of the card to create a hinge for the back piece to attach too.
Thanks so much for stopping by, have a wonderful day!
Hugs,
