VIDEO: Slimline Interactive Easter Card

Hello there my stamping friends, Carrie Rhoades here, back on the Heffy Doodle blog and YouTube channel.
I just love this Easter stamp set, Honey Bunny Boo! I love that it has more than one bunny and one of them is a little guy! I wanted to make an Easter card with it this year and why not make it one of my favorite things, interactive. I just love giving cards with an interactive element. What a nice surprise for the recipient. You can see this card come together in the video below.
I love the look of this playful bunny running across the card and that I can do that on a slimline sized card with the Slimline Pull Tabs Die set.

To color up my images I use Copic Markers. I did some very simple coloring. For the bunnies themselves, I used W2 and W1 markers for just a bit of shadowing. I find that with this small images two markers is sufficient for a bit of ink blending.

If you have not made a pull tab card before my video will certainly give you a few “what not to do” moments! But also, you will see how I am able to fix my mistakes and still make this card work.

Thank you so much for stopping by the Heffy Doodle blog today and spending some time with me.
Below I have linked all the products I used to make this card.

Happy Stamping!
