CAS Mixed Media Card with Isha Gupta

Hello Heffy Doodlers! It’s Isha with you and today, I am sharing how you can create a CAS mixed media card. There is nothing to be afraid of when talking about mixed media. This is a question which I come across often….Mixed media, hmmmm! messy and time consuming 🙂

So, let’s start with the card.

I started by die-cutting a piece of watercolor paper using the Stitched Squares die. I then applied some Altenew embossing paste through the Steady Heart stencil. Let it dry. Now I added some pink and blue watercolor to it and mixed a tiny amount of perfect pearl powder to the water to add a bit of shine.

While this piece was drying, I die-cut a heart using Stitched Hearts die and added some color to it too. I stamp and die-cut the letters from the Rascal Alphabetters stamps and dies.

I then matted the square piece with a black cardstock and then adhered it to the white card base. Then adhere the heart and the letters. See how easy mixed media is 🙂

We would love to see your creations using Heffy Doodle products so do tag us whenever you share them. Have a wonderful day!

What a great look. I just bought some of the crystals, and have only used them once. I like how you used them sparingly–it looks great!
