hooray!

For my card today, I used the Wingman and Big Bold Words stamp sets from the newest release. I also used the Whatcha Sayin’ stamp set.

Here is my card-

First, I stamped the background using the images from the Wingman stamp set in light grey. I also added some details using a grey copic marker.  I die cut a stitched rectangle panel. Then, using a border die, I die cut the stitched rectangle panel to make it shaped on one side. I also die cut a stitched rectangle panel from white cardstock. I adhered the shaped panel on the stitched rectangle die cut.

On a piece of white card stock, I stamped the bold sentiment in light grey ink. then went over it with copics. I was inspired by the rainbow font in Instagram Stories. 🙂 I also stamped the speech bubble from Whatcha Sayin’ stamp set  in the same light grey ink and stamped a sentiment from the same set. I fussy cut it out. After fussy cutting, I wanted the colourful font to be on grey background. So, leaving a little space around the letters, I coloured the rest with grey copic marker.
