Tiny Waves Stencil - Retiring

Create an ocean view with the Tiny Waves stencil. The fun wave design is fabulous for creating ocean themed cards, or simply for adding a whimsical background to your project. Slide the stencil up and ink in another colour for a fun two-toned look. Measures appoximately 6" x 6". Due to the fine design of this stencil, for best results use a repositionable spray adhesive to temporarily adhere your stencil to your project before inking.
